25 Ton Swl Ground Release Shackle
The 25 ton Ground Release Shackle was developed by Stab Cat, Inc. to provide a medium "Heavy Lift" Ground Release Shackle for the Piling Industry for the need of handling recently introduced Mono-pile, Caissons, Conductor Pipe (Oil Wells) and other applications.
Stab Cat Spreader Bar- "Dressed"
This view of the Stab Cat Spreader Bar is shown 'dressed' with recommended attachment rigging. The Lifting chokers below the Hook are 3/4" diameter x 36" overall and attached at 60 degrees or less for maximum capacity to the Spreader Bar with adequate Safety/Bolt Shackles. Beneath the 'stiffener' Bar/Plate of the Spreader Bar are six holes, three each side of center. These are for 'width' adjustment for different width Sheet Pile. Two adequate Safety/Bolt Shackles are attached to the Spreader Bar in the desired holes and two 3/4" diameter x 36" overall chokers. These two chokers extend to attach to two SheetMaster Ground Release Shackles with adequate Safety/Bolt Shackles.
